By accessing or using the Private Event Reservation Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Cancellations

Cancellation must be made 15 days prior to the event. If there is a cancellation less than 7 days in advance, the guest forfeits 25% of the estimated bill. If there is a cancellation less than 72 hours in advance, the guest forfeits 50% of the estimated bill.

 

 

 

Payment

Refunds

If your cancellation is received within the 15 days prior to the event, we will initiate a refund to the credit card originally used.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name and other personal information.
