Seafood Restaurant in Bee Cave, TX

I've eaten at Galatoire's, Brennan's and Commander's Palace in New Orleans and I will say that you needn't go to those places. Just go to Cafe Blue.

Oysters Rockafeller was good. Oysters were big. Bread was ok.

Best brunch we have had in awhile. Morgan was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and always there when needed while offering helpful tips. The food was fantastic. We got the Eggs Benedict Arnold and the Lobster Benedict. Both exceeded expectations. We were also surprised by complimentary beignets. For drinks we had the espresso martini (Morgan suggested adding Bailey’s and she was spot on) and ruby red cocktail. Both were great. Would highly recommend

Went out with friends. They all wanted seafood. Thank goodness they had a burger. The BEST burger I have ever had in my life. Thank you so much.

This place doesn't support their staff and allows female staff to be harassed by belligerent customers. I refuse to support a business that won't support their staff, particularly when a customer is rude or belligerent. Those customers ruin the atmosphere and service expirence for everyone.

We had birthday reservations ( only 3 of us adults) We waited 20 minutes,and was told they were short staffed,so it was going to be a long wait, even when seated! Our first time there,so we left and went across the street to the League! So happy we did!

Our waiter, Malaki was outstanding, however we were there until 9 pm and they had put all of the chairs up and then turned the lights up signalling to us to leave. So we did and won't return.

Love love love this place! The food is always Great, and to my surprise today’s lunch included a treat on the house! Thank you, Cafe Blue!

The BOGO brunch is great

Atmosphere was great, service was great and the manager was above and beyond amazing. Watched him run around making sure everyone was happy, and supporting his staff. Then when it came to customer service, he excelled. I am from Houston but come here every two weeks for 10 years. Don’t know how I haven’t been here before but this is my new go to.

Walk in for breakfast expecting good things. It was a bad experience. After we ordered drinks our waitress was switch. So we place our order. About 30 min later our food came out and it was cold. Since the waiter never came back until we returned the order, we left. The manager came out to apologize but think it was a bit late.

Great happy hour

As you can see from my photo, the meal was awesome. I are as much as possible! It was the mussels with Thai curry sauce. I order with the tater tots. Very crispy, but they go well with the mussels. I like it so much I went for lunch on Friday, and returned Sunday to have the same thing. Really everything there is great. It's as good as any high dollar place in central Austin. The atmosphere is nice too. The staff is all very nice, but I think there is historically lags in time to get your order. I think they just don't have enough staff. That said, I'll still keep going back, because the food is outstanding!

Have eaten a few times at Cafe Blu and had wonderful food. Not so this time. While my friends enjoyed their meals, I ordered the Crab Mac and Cheese. It was lots of penne pasta, and a very thick white sauce, but no noticeable crab. The flavor barely tasted of crab and was not appetizing. I maybe ate 1/3 of it, and pushed it aside. The waitress never asked if there was an issue with it. Within an hour I was ill from it. I would not recommend it. Very disappointing.

My favorite sea food place in Austin even when eating alone. This time I had the coconut mocktail, Caesar salad, & Thai Muscles. The servers are always beyond friendly and help me decide how to narrow down my order when I want to try everything. Lol

After lunch hrs are the best no overly crowded and good service. Menu has good choices

We came for Saturday brunch. We were greeted immediately by a super personal hostess who seated us at her “favorite table.” The decor is wonderful with a mix of wood and blue lights and glassware. I ordered the grilled salmon avocado toast and could not be happier with it. The serving was large and the two poached eggs on top were perfection. Connor was our server and did a great job of getting our orders correct and taking great care of us. The beignets were divine!

Gray was awesome- food as well. Highly recommend!

Thirteen us had at Cafe Blue at Bee Caves galleria today. Th service and food was excellent. Our hostess, Ms. Jazz was patient, professional, and was capable of taking care of all our requests. She was pleasant and polite all the time. We like the cafe blue at bee caves. Thank you. Jacob
