Café Blue, Hill Country Galleria, offers contemporary coastal cuisine in a modern West Indies setting. Aquatic blue lighting and large aquariums give the feeling of being underwater in a tropical paradise. Our menu is a celebration of coastal cuisines from all over the world, including Antonio's Stuffed Shrimp and the Redfish Louisiane. Our bar features a variety of Caribbean inspired cocktails by the glass or pitcher, and an eclectic wine list spotlighting some of Texas’ finest wines.
